Satisfied or refunded

If an article (except bike, frame and made to measure) does not give you satisfaction, simply send it to us postage paid, in its original packaging, within 8 days from date of receipt, with a double the invoice's. This item will be refunded upon receipt, at its purchase value, by check payable to you.

Guarantees

Our trading articles benefit from a variable guarantee of 6 months to 2 years according to the suppliers. In case of problems, call us, we will make every effort to solve it. A part under guarantee will always arrive free of port.
Gilles BERTHOUD bags, racks and frames are guaranteed for 5 years.
The bicycles Gilles BERTHOUD are guaranteed 5 years for the frame, 2 years for enamelling, 1 year for the piece.
The following are excluded from this warranty:
- caused by shock,
- due to improper handling,
- due to overload,
- due to normal wear and tear (brake and derailleur cables, chains, sprockets, plates, freewheel, tires, spokes, etc ...)
- due to the obvious lack of maintenance,
- occurring following a repair that has not been performed in our workshops,
- caused to the enamelling following projections of gravel, acid sweating, prolonged exposure in humid or saline environment.
Our warranty obligation is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective part. No compensation can be claimed in case of immobilization.

Rates and validity

The proposed offers are valid until the next update of the site Gilles BERTHOUD, and within the limits of available stocks. In case of supplier's failure, the corresponding order may be canceled and replaced by a credit or a refund.
Our prices are firm and indicated in Euros all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
Rates outside mainland France are established in compliance with the rules and laws in force.
In case of dispute, the court of Bourg-en-Bresse is only competent.

Shipping costs for bicycles and tandems are only indicative. Prices vary significantly depending on the destination. Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm the exact total amount of your order shipping included. You will then have to confirm your agreement for your order to be validated.

Your order is delivered to the address of your choice. Our deliveries are insured by the Post Office. In case of absence, a notice of authority tells you the post office where to pick up your package.

How long will I receive my order?
The maximum delivery time is 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Generally our items are delivered within the week. We make every effort to ensure delivery in the shortest time possible.
However, some items are not always readily available, we will inform you of delivery times, and if they seem too long, you will have the opportunity to cancel or replace the items concerned.

For executives, bicycles and tandems, the time is necessarily longer, these items being manufactured on demand. We will confirm the deadlines at the time of your order.

What should I do to deliver my package?
