The validation time for a professional account is on average 24 to 48 hours (working days).

For all companies located within the scope of the EEC, subject to the VAT system, the account can only operate after providing the Intra-community VAT number.

For micro-enterprises with self-employed status, information on the SIRET number is essential for opening an account.

Our professional area (B2B) does not allow us to calculate shipping costs by volumetric weight, so there is need to contact us:

• for any delivery outside the EEC, in order to estimate the shipping costs.

The carriers responsible for shipping packages are DHL EXPRESS internationally and COLISSIMO PRO for Europe.
