Specify the address to which you wish to be delivered after repair.

Please indicate the phone number on which we can reach you.

3 digit number. The serial number is stamped at the end of the axis on the connector side.

Specify the date of purchase of your SON product (indicated on the invoice)

If you purchased your SON product on the Berthoud Cycles website, you will find the order number on your purchase invoice.

Please enclose the purchase invoice of your product to be sent to SAV.
