Do the panniers come with their interior reinforcement and/or other accessories?

The handlebar bags are always supplied with the inner reinforcement, which is necessary for the proper functioning of the bag but without any accessory considered as "option". Therefore, the cover and strap must be purchased separately if you wish to complete your request.
