Stem adapter for handlebar bag decaleur.

This part links the decaleur fork to your stem and is bolted on the stem via the handlebar clamp screw(s).
We offer 3 different adapters to accomodate most stems :

- 4 bolt front load ahead stems
- 1" quill stems with horizontal handlebar clamp screw
- 1" quill stems with vertical handlebar clamp screw

All stainless steel screws and washers included.
